HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?
  1. Add items to your Shopping Cart.
  2. Complete the Checkout process.
  3. Make sure you have entered the correct billing and shipping addresses.
  4. If any documents are required for your order, email us and we will organize the paperwork.
  5. Await shipping notification with tracking number via email.

  • Pay Cash in Store
    • If you have selected Pay Cash in Store, please note that only Cash or TWINT is acceped.
    • If we do not receive your payment or down payment within the next 7 days following your order, your order will be considered canceled.

  • We have a showroom that you can come visit but only under appointment.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY ?
  • Products such as goodiesaccessories, equipment etc... qualifies for international. Houra !
    • In case you cannot finalize your order, please check that all products in your cart qualifies for your country.
    • If your country is not listed Send us an email.
    • There can be some exceptions to the above, if you have a special request, please drop us an email and we will do our best to find a solution if possible.  
HOW LONG IS MY ORDER PROCESSING TIME?
  • Orders are shipped within two business days or after we received the payment. 
  • Helvetia Defense is closed during weekends, no orders are processed during this time.
